Maria is facing an uphill battle trying to jump every legal hurdle in the pursuit to get back the Hotel licence and access to her estate but she is determined to battle on and not give up the fight.
Maria, Shiloh and Colin's passion for Kingoonya started many years ago when they came across this derelict and abandoned old building. It was a mess, full of trash and deteriation had affected some structual parts. However Maria was not put off and she could see not what was, but what could be.
Maria and Colin took on the lease of the land from the current land owners and the Hotel has not looked backwards. The Hotel got an amazing faclift when Colin and Maria put on the new verandah. Internal work also included the remaking of the front bar.

All going well it should open near the end of the year and we are still making plans for the Hotels big celebrations next Easter.
