News from Kingoonya.

The Kingoonya Hotel has officially opened again. The Kingoonya Progress Association would like to extend a warm welcome to the new licensees John Brett and Allistair Murray. John's family has a long historical association with the town and Hotel and he is eager to see the Hotel return to it's former glory.

The last KPA meeting was held on November 25th 2012 at the newly opened Hotel. The issue of water access was the main point of discussion and we are pleased to inform you that we are well on our way to solving the issue in the short term and that we have now formed a Water sub-committee to help us work towards a sustainable water future. The KPA would like to acknowledge the support of the McBride family and the manage of Bon Bon Station Glen in the valuable help they have given us in this difficult time.

Kingoonya Progress Meeting is on Saturday 25th May at 10 am in Kingoonya.
